  EU Cosmetics Regulation

  Regulamentul (CE) nr. 1223/2009 este principalul regulament pentru produsele cosmetice în UE. Stabilește cerințe de siguranță și protejează sănătatea consumatorilor. Ca „persoană responsabilă", garantăm clienților conformitatea completă, inclusiv dosarul de informații despre produs și raportul de siguranță.

  CPNP notification included

  Before a cosmetic product is placed on the EU market, it must be notified via the CPNP portal. This notification is required per individual print motif under the EU Cosmetics Regulation and is carried out by us free of charge.

  „Bine tolerat de piele" — testat dermatologic

  For every cosmetic product we carry out an Epicutan test (Derma Test), checking skin compatibility. Tests are conducted on at least 50 human volunteers — no animal testing.

  Free of animal testing

  Our own ethics and EU law (since 2013) prohibit selling cosmetics or using ingredients tested on animals. We exclusively use ingredients and finished products not tested on animals.

  GMP Good Manufacturing Practice

  ISO standard 22716 guidelines regulate the production, packaging, testing, storage and dispatch of cosmetic products. By following these guidelines, we ensure the quality and safety of our products.

  REACH

  The REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerns chemical substances. All raw materials and packaging we use are REACH compliant and free of SVHCs (Substances of Very High Concern).

  ILO Standards

  All products are produced per ILO guidelines. Our German production facilities comply with strict labour law, ensuring prohibition of forced labour, freedom of association, equal pay and elimination of child labour.

  EUDR

  This product is not subject to the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (Reg. (EU) 2023/1115). It is therefore fully EUDR compliant.

• 
  Local recycling and disposal fees

  European packaging legislation does not allow us to license disposal fees in the destination country. We provide transparent information on which cases are licensed by us and which must be handled by an importing company.

  Deliveries to Germany

  For all deliveries to Germany subject to licensing, the disposal fees are paid by us under LUCID licence number DE5952967071522.

• 
  Deliveries outside Germany

  Due to European packaging laws, we cannot pre-license in the destination country for export deliveries. You will receive the total weights to be licensed per material fraction with the final invoice.
