This is due to 3 main reasons:n1. Over the life of the product, repeated hot water machine-washing may cause the printed logo to fade, peel or distort over time.n2. Repeated exposure to hot water machine-washing may damage the protective seals we use in our drinkware models.n3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and payment orders. We invoice with VAT. For corporate orders we issue a pro-forma invoice in advance.

How long does delivery take?

For standard orders, lead time is 7 working days from mockup approval. For urgent or larger orders over 5,000 units, please contact a consultant.

How does the mockup process work?

After your quote request, we receive your logo and send you a digital mockup with the customized product within 24h. After your approval, production starts.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order is 10 units for most products, but the per-unit price drops significantly as the order size grows.
